How to put on Venacra compression stockings
Putting on compression stockings may seem difficult at first, but with the right technique, it becomes quick and easy. Follow the steps below to ensure optimal comfort and preserve the durability of your Venacra stockings.
Step 1 — Put them on in the morning
It is recommended to put on your compression stockings in the morning , when your legs are less swollen.
This makes it easier to put on and ensures effective compression throughout the day.
Step 2 — Turn the stocking inside out up to the heel
-
Insert your hand inside the bottom
-
Turn it over up to the heel , leaving the foot in the right position.
-
This step reduces the tension on the fabric
Step 3 — Position your foot correctly
-
Place your foot in the bottom
-
Make sure the heel is properly in place
-
Gently adjust the toe
Step 4 — Gradually pull the bottom up
-
Unroll the bottom little by little towards the top
-
Avoid pulling abruptly
-
Smooth the fabric with your hands to avoid creases
Step 5 — Adjust the positioning
-
The stocking should be evenly distributed on the leg
